RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Fiebiger Shoes want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy with your goods, we will gladly accept exchange or refunds of unworn merchandise within 28 days of the delivery date.
Please note that we do not accept returns on makeup or beauty products due to hygiene reasons.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM FOR A REFUND OR EXCHANGE?
Exchanges or refunds may be made when:
- The item you purchased doesn't fit.
- The item you purchased is not as expected, either in colour, style or look.
Fiebiger Shoes will exchange or refund 100% of the purchase price (not including postage) providing:
- Items are in original condition, meaning they have not been worn other than the initial trying on and are unmarked. We recommend you try shoes on carpeted flooring.
- Items are not damaged or altered in any way.
- The returned items are in the original packaging and box as received.
To return an item, please fill out this return and exchange form and include it with your return package. Please send all returns to the address below:

- The returned goods will be processed upon receipt and the replacement pair will be sent out ASAP subject to availability. Please allow 3-7 business days from the day of the return to receive your new item(s) or for the refund to appear on your statement (this can be dependent on your financial instituition).
- Please note that we do not hold items for exchange and exchanges are subject to availability on receipt of return.
- No re-delivery fee applies when exchanging within Australia. However please note, we will pay postage costs for a maximum of 2 returns.
- There is no return or exchange on sale items that are shipped internationally.
CONDITIONS OF RETURNS
- We cannot accept any returns for items that have been marked or damaged in any way including the sole (please ensure you try on shoes on carpet).
- Exchanges or refunds will not be granted for items that are not in the original packaging.
- International orders do not qualify for free exchange postage.
- Return requests must be received within 28 days of delivery date.
- Any items returned after 28 days will not be accepted.
- Makeup and beauty products cannot be returned due to hygiene.
- We reserve the right to reject a return if we conclude it is not in a new condition.
FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
We take great care when packaging your order however in the case that you do receive a faulty or incorrect item, we want to help resolve this issue as soon as possible. Please email us at email@example.com if you believe that you have received an incorrect item or if you believe the goods are damaged. Please note that you will need to provide proof of purchase (which may include the invoice, credit card statement or other payment statement) at the time of making the return.
Once we receive your return and it has been assessed by our team and confirmed to be faulty or incorrectly sent, we are happy for you to choose from the following options:
- A refund for the full amount of purchase price
- A replacement for the faulty or incorrectly sent item provided that it is in stock.
