How much is delivery?
We offer FREE express shipping Australia wide on all orders over $40.00
All Australian orders under $40.00 will incur an $8 shipping charge
How long will my order take to be delivered?
All orders placed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) are packed and dispatched within 24 hours. We ship all Australian deliveries of shoes via the Australia Post express post service. This ensures next day delivery for metropolitan areas. Australia wide deliveries should be received within 1-3 business days of dispatch, however due to external factors, please allow up to 5 business days before contacting Fiebiger Shoes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with full tracking details. During busy sale periods, orders may take longer to dispatch due to the high volume of orders being processed. Please note that we will always endeavour to have all parcels dispatched within 72 business hours of order placement.
Can you ship to a PO BOX in Australia?
Yes, we are able to ship to residential, business and PO BOX addresses within Australia. Please note that we cannot ship to a PO BOX for international orders.
Do you deliver overseas?
We ship worldwide and international shipping costs differ from country to country. Please see our shipping policy for a list of international shipping charges.
What happens if I’m not home when my order is delivered?
Australia Post will leave a card letting you know that there was an attempted delivery and that your package is now awaiting collection at an Australia Post branch. Occasionally, the calling cards may go missing or are misplaced so it is always a good idea to also track your order online to follow its delivery progress.
How do I track my order?
When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from our customer care team providing you with tracking details. All of our shipped orders can be tracked online.
Can I change my order after I have placed it online?
Once your order has been placed, it is generally not possible to amend any details as our team will have already started processing your order. However we want to help resolve any issues as much as we can. If you find that you need to amend any details such as your address please contact us by email immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on 03 9489 4572 and if possible, we will help as much as we can.
Do you have a size chart?
Yes, please use the size chart below as a general guide to determine your shoe size. Styles fit true to size unless otherwise indicated in the product description.

Can I exchange my shoes if they don’t fit?
Yes! If you are unhappy with the fit of your purchase, you are most welcome to return the item or exchange it for a different size. Please refer to our Returns Policy for more information.
Who pays the postage costs when exchanging items in Australia?
When returning or exchanging an item due to change of mind or size issues, the customer will need to pay the costs to return the item to Fiebiger Shoes HQ. We will then pay any shipping costs to have the item re-sent to the customer. Please note, we will pay postage costs for a maximum of 2 returns.
Who pays the postage costs when returning or exchanging items for international customers?
For international orders the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges when returning or exchanging an item.
What is your refund and exchange policy?
Fiebiger Shoes want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy with your goods, we will gladly accept exchange or refunds of unworn merchandise within 28 days of the delivery date. Please see our Returns Policy for more information and instructions.
Can I return or exchange beauty products or make up?
We are unable to accept any returns or exchanges on beauty products or make up due to hygiene reasons.
Is there a Fiebiger Shoes shop in Australia where I can try shoes on?
We do not have a Fiebiger Shoes store however all products can be purchased online. If your item doesn't fit, you are most welcome to exchange or return it.
Are your shoes only sold online?
We have a range of stockists worldwide that carry a small selection of our products. A full list of stockists can be found here.
Do I have to have a PayPal account to be able to buy online?
You do not need to have a PayPal account to purchase online. Orders can also be paid via credit card. We accept VISA, Mastercard and AMEX.
What is Afterpay?
Afterpay is an interest free, fortnightly payment method that we offer. Please see our Afterpay page here for full details.
Do you accept credit cards for telephone orders?
Yes. Fiebiger Shoes accepts PayPal payments and credit card for orders placed by phone or email.
How do I use a discount code?
When you’ve reached the checkout stage you can enter the promo code into the discount code section. Provided the code is valid, your discount will then be applied.
Where do I use a discount code on a PC, laptop or tablet?
On a desktop, laptop, or tablet the discount code can be entered on either the Customer Information Checkout Page, the Shipping Checkout Page and the Payment Checkout Page. You will need to enter the discount code before you are redirected to PayPal.
Where do I use a discount code on my mobile?
On a mobile phone or tablet, the discount code can be entered on the Payment Checkout Page. You will need to enter the discount code before you are redirected to PayPal.
