* Are your shoes only sold online?
We have a range of stockists Australia wide that carry our products. A full list of stockists can be found here. Alternatively you can call or email Fiebiger Shoes to place an order.

* Do I have to have a Paypal account to be able to buy online?
You do not need to have a Paypal account to purchase online as long as you have a debit or credit card to use. Once you are transferred to the Paypal payment site simply click on "Pay with a debit or credit card" and you will be able to enter your card details without creating a Paypal account.

* Do you accept credit cards for telephone orders?
Yes. Fiebiger Shoes accepts bank deposit, paypal payments, credit card or cheque.

* How much is delivery?
Delivery fee Australia wide varies and is based on the total amount spent. Prices are listed below:
Up to $29.99 Spent = $5 Delivery Fee
$30 - $49.99 Spent = $10 Delivery Fee
$50 - $129.95 Spent = $13 Delivery Fee
$130 - $159.95 Spent = $19 Delivery Fee
$160 and up Spent = $25 Delivery Fee

Provided that your payment has been accepted and the requested product you have chosen is in stock, all orders placed on weekdays will be sent out within 48 hours. Australia wide deliveries should be received within 3 business days however due to external factors, please allow up to 5 business days before contacting Fiebiger Shoes.

* Do you do deliver overseas?
We are able to deliver worldwide and have a standard flat rate of $35. At the moment we cannot process international orders online however any international orders can be placed by email on info@fiebigershoes.com

* Do you sell gift vouchers?
Gift vouchers are available to purchase online and can be found here. Please note that vouchers can only be redeemed via the Fiebiger Shoes online store. You must have a Paypal account to purchase and redeem Gift Vouchers online or alternatively Gift Vouchers can be redeemed by phone or email. Please note that the recipient's email address that you enter during checkout will be the Paypal account this Gift Voucher needs to be redeemed from. Gift Vouchers are only available in AUS dollars.

* Do you have a size chart?
Below is a chart comparing EU and AUS sizes. If you are still unsure of the correct sizing for you then please give us a call and we can help out.

* What is your refund and exchange policy?
Fiebiger Shoes want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy with your goods, we will gladly accept exchange or refunds of unworn merchandise within 10 days of the delivery date.

Exchanges or Refunds may be made when:
• You receive damaged or marked goods.
• You receive the wrong size or colour.
• The shoe you purchased doesn't fit.

Fiebiger Shoes will exchange or refund 100% of the purchase price (not including postage) providing:
• Items are in original condition, meaning they have not been worn other than the initial trying on and are unmarked. We recommend you try shoes on carpeted flooring.
• If item/s are damaged or altered in anyway.
• The returned item/s are not in the original packaging and box as received.

Exchanges or Refunds will not be granted for:
• Shoes that have been marked or damaged in any way including the sole (please ensure you try on the shoes on carpet)
• Shoes returned that are not in the original packaging
Shoes that are purchased “on sale” are non-refundable.
